HBG’s dedication to exceptional guest experiences, tribal partnerships and visionary, high-return design is showcased by the firm’s highly anticipated 2025 project openings.

Set against a stunning mountain backdrop, the Karuk Tribe’s new $40 million Rain Rock Casino and Hotel expansion in Yreka, California is set to elevate approachable luxury when it opens in early spring. HBG’s design adds a 20,000-square-foot gaming expansion, new dining offerings, 72 guest rooms, eight suite cottages set around a 20,000-square-foot garden with landscaped pool and fire pits, and a 7,000-square-foot event center.

Also this spring, the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Potawatomi Indians’ Gun Lake Casino in Wayland, Michigan will debut the $300 million hotel and Wawye Oasis, an amazing 32,000-square-foot multi-purpose structure designed by HBG to accommodate a resort-style pool by day and a high-energy concert venue by night.

The soaring 15-story hotel includes 252 rooms with an exclusive two-level suite set to redefine superregional hospitality.

Later this year, the Shawnee Tribe, Global Gaming Solutions/the Chickasaw Nation and HBG will unveil the $70 million Golden Mesa Casino Hotel expansion in Guymon, Oklahoma, featuring a 100-room hotel, an expanded casino with 1,000 new electronic games and a full-service restaurant.
