Katherine Spilde, M.B.A., Ph.D., is chair of the Sycuan Institute on Tribal Gaming based at San Diego State University and associate professor in the SDSU School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. Eileen Luna-Firebaugh, (Choctaw/Cherokee), J.D., M.P.A., is associate head of American Indian Studies and associate professor of American Indian Studies at the University of Arizona and is a current member of the scientific advisory board of the Institute for Research on Gambling Disorders.
